Nice!
This is slightly different from a Zero show. It's all instrumentals, for one thing, so you don't get Hunter's poetry being sung. On the other hand, you're spared the sometimes patchy quality of Zero's vocalists. The instrumentals are long and often contain extended, quiet new-agey passages, which is great to listen to if you can. The trouble is, many audience members find such passages boring and don't seem to realize that the band is actually doing something that some people are trying to listen to, so they gabble loudly over the music with each other, which is extremely intrusive on a recording...and if I was at the show I'd probably be politely asking people to be quiet. That said, Kimock is a musician's musician and this is a sweet show.

awesome
This was the first time I saw and basically heard Kimock. The first set was very spacey and hard to get into hearing it for the first time. The second set was totally different and unbelievable, 5 B4 Funk through the end of the show are 6 of the best jam rock songs I've ever heard. They are so clean and organized, this jam style is more planned than I'm used to but just as amazing as any I've heard. The solos are great, especially the keys solo in Kickin' Up Dust.
Sound quality is excellent.

Thank you Mr. Kimock!
I was at this show and it was by far the best live performance I've ever experienced. It was a good show to see the incredible abilities of the new members as well as the original ones. If you like Kimock, download it. If you don't, download it anyway.
